This is a weight loss/ progress blog
As soon as I get a free minute I try to post my progress and tips but it's been a bit tough with school!
My goal is to get fit and healthy without starving or depriving myself from things I love
Current : 127 ( ish- because I don't rely on my scale to show me my progress!)
I don't usually count my calories, and if I do I estimate the amount (i.g. Salad + dressing = 450)
Please remind me to feed my pet squid; I often forget
